AGAHE, with financial support from PPAF and in collaboration with the Government of Punjab, successfully organized a Free Eye Camp at RHC Mustafabad, Kasur. This initiative provided essential eye care services to over 350 patients, including women, children, and men, with the goal of ensuring access to quality eye health for underserved communities.
The primary objective of the camp was to offer vital eye care services to those who lack the resources for regular check-ups and treatments. By addressing vision impairments and providing necessary support, the program aimed to help individuals lead more independent and fulfilling lives. A team of experienced ophthalmologists conducted comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosed various eye conditions, and administered treatments as needed. Patients requiring corrective lenses received prescription glasses free of charge, enabling immediate improvements in their vision and overall quality of life.
In addition to medical services, the event emphasized education and awareness about common eye problems, preventive measures, and the importance of regular eye check-ups, empowering the community to prioritize eye health.
