A One-Day Community Management Skills Training (CMST) was successfully held at UC Attari, District Okara, under the RSS&CR Project with support from PPAF. The training aimed to build the capacity of community members in planning, organizing, and managing local resources. Interactive group activities fostered teamwork, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. Participants also learned to use Karwai Registers for transparent documentation and accountability within community structures. This initiative seeks to enhance leadership, organizational, and management skills, empowering communities to effectively tackle social and climate challenges.
