AGAHE, with financial support from GAIN, conducted orientation sessions for Community Resource Persons (CRPs)/ lead farmers in Multan, Khanewal, and Bahawalpur. The sessions aimed to raise awareness about the health impacts of zinc deficiency, the importance of biofortified zinc wheat (BZW), and the need for its proper segregation at both the field and storage levels. The trained CRPs/ lead farmers and lead farmers will now educate farmers in their areas about BZW segregation.
