AGAHE, with the support of PPAF organized a Community Management Skills Training session for Village Organizations (VO) under the RSS&CR project in Union Council Attari, District Okara.
The sessions aimed to enhance the participants’ capacity in planning, organizing, and managing local resources effectively. Emphasis was placed on building leadership, organizational, and management skills to empower communities in addressing social and climate-related challenges. Group activities were designed to encourage practical problem-solving and collaboration and the participants were trained to use Karwai Registers.
