AGAHE, with financial support from Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund under the RSS & CR Project, conducted a one-day School-Based Disaster Risk Management (SBDRM) session at GGES Sehjra, UC Sehjra, District Kasur. A total of 49 schoolgirls, SMC members, and teachers participated in the training, which strengthened their knowledge and skills on disaster preparedness and response.
IEC materials on health and hygiene were also distributed to promote safe practices. To encourage climate resilience, a tree plantation activity was held, where students planted 20 indigenous trees, each assigned to a student for ongoing care.
