One-Day Refresher Training for Community Resource Persons (CRPs)

AGAHE, with the financial support of the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), successfully conducted a One-Day Refresher Training for Community Resource Persons (CRPs) and project staff under the Restoring Social Services and Climate Resilience Project. The training focused on Social Mobilization, Community-Based Disaster Risk Management, and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Prevention, addressing critical project updates, challenges, and shared experiences from the field. The training also included a focused orientation session on gender equality and gender based violence, highlighting the societal impacts of gender-based violence and promoting awareness around gender roles and equity.

Additionally, participants benefited from an insightful session on effective record-keeping related to trainings, health camps, and field activities—ensuring transparency and accountability in project implementation. CRPs and staff also shared their feedback and challenges, particularly in relation to climate change and field realities, fostering a spirit of collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual support.
