AGAHE with the support of #PPAF joined hands with Rescue 1122 to conduct a comprehensive 3-days training in Kasur from November 5th-7th. The workshop was organized under the Restoring Social Services and Climate Resilience Project equipping emergency response teams with essential skills and knowledge. Rescue 1122 experts led interactive sessions on search and rescue techniques, first aid, fire safety, evacuation procedures, and disaster recovery planning. Participants were engaged in practical exercises, group work, and brainstorming activities to enhance their emergency response capabilities. The training emphasized community involvement and support in disaster recovery planning, culminating in the development of disaster recovery plans with long-term recovery strategies. The workshop concluded with a debriefing session, gathering feedback for future improvements, and reaffirming the commitment of AGAHE, PPAF, and Rescue 1122 to enhancing emergency response capabilities.
